10. Support the tilt cylinder and remove the upper pivot
pin. Remove the tilt cylinder from the machine (Fig.
1432).
11. Remove the two 90 degree fittings from the tilt
cylinder (Fig. 1433).
12. To service the tilt cylinder, refer to "100-4163
Hydraulic Cylinder Rebuild" (Old Style) for 2004 and
older units on page 3/1-17 or "105-7867 Hydraulic
Cylinder Rebuild" (New Style) for 2005 and newer
units on page 3/1-40.

Hydraulic Tilt Cylinder Installation

1. Install 2 hydraulic fittings in the tilt cylinder. Orient
the fittings so they face away from the rod end of the
cylinder (Fig. 1434).
2. Position the barrel end of the tilt cylinder to the
load er arm pivot point. Install a pivot pin through
the cylinder barrel and loader arm pivot point (Fig.
1435).
