Acknowledge: IMMEDIATELY
Cause: For the 24 V power supply for the Terminal Module 54F (TM54F) an overvoltage condition was
detected.
As fault response fail-safe input terminal signals are transferred to the motion monitoring functions.
Remedy: - check the 24 V DC power supply for the TM54F.
- carry out safe acknowledgement (p10006).
