Overview of Alarms
SINAMICS-Alarms
Cause: A DRIVE-CLiQ communication error has occurred from the Sensor Module (encoder 1) involved to the
Control Unit.
Data were not able to be sent.
Fault value (r0949, interpret hexadecimal):
yyxx hex: yy = component number, xx = fault cause
xx = 41 hex:
Telegram type does not match send list.
Remedy: - carry out a POWER ON.
- check whether the firmware version of the encoder (r0148) matches the firmware version of Control
Unit (r0018).

Cause: Fault detected on the DRIVE-CLiQ component involved (Sensor Module for encoder 1). Faulty hard-
ware cannot be excluded.

Error in the telegram header.
xx = 23 hex:
Receive error: The telegram buffer memory contains an error.
xx = 42 hex:
Send error: The telegram buffer memory contains an error.
xx = 43 hex:
Send error: The telegram buffer memory contains an error.
xx = 60 hex:
Response received too late during runtime measurement.
xx = 61 hex:
Time taken to exchange characteristic data too long.
Remedy: - check the DRIVE-CLiQ wiring (interrupted cable, contacts, ...).
- check the electrical cabinet design and cable routing for EMC compliance
- if required, use another DRIVE-CLiQ socket (p9904).
- replace the component involved.
