Cause: Fault detected on the DRIVE-CLiQ component (power unit) involved. Faulty hardware cannot be
excluded.
Fault value (r0949, interpret hexadecimal):
yyxx hex: yy = component number, xx = fault cause
xx = 20 hex:
Error in the telegram header.
xx = 23 hex:
Receive error: The telegram buffer memory contains an error.
xx = 42 hex:
Send error: The telegram buffer memory contains an error.
xx = 43 hex:
Send error: The telegram buffer memory contains an error.
xx = 60 hex:
Response received too late during runtime measurement.
xx = 61 hex:
Time taken to exchange characteristic data too long.
Remedy: - check the DRIVE-CLiQ wiring (interrupted cable, contacts, ...).
- check the electrical cabinet design and cable routing for EMC compliance
- if required, use another DRIVE-CLiQ socket (p9904).
- replace the component involved.

Acknowledge: IMMEDIATELY
Cause: A DRIVE-CLiQ communication error has occurred from the power unit to the Control Unit involved.
Fault value (r0949, interpret hexadecimal):

xx = 0B hex:
Synchronization error during alternating cyclic data transfer.
Remedy: Carry out a POWER ON.

Acknowledge: IMMEDIATELY
Cause: The properties of the DRIVE-CLiQ component (power unit), specified by the fault value, have changed
in an incompatible fashion with respect to the properties when booted. One cause can be, e.g. that a
DRIVE-CLiQ cable or DRIVE-CLiQ component has been replaced.
Fault value (r0949, interpret decimal):
Component number.
Remedy: - when replacing cables, only use cables with the same length as the original cables.
- when replacing components, use the same components and firmware releases.
- carry out a POWER ON.
