hour" is set as default.
NOTE 3: The minimum value of the periodic registration timer for
Standard SIP station is "3 minutes" (when less than 3
minutes is set to the second data of CM41 Y=0>151-153
respectively, "1 hour" is set as the periodic registration
timer).
