for Automated Attendant, the 2nd
Answering Message which is
assigned by CM49 Y=00 2nd data
02XX is used for the Night Message.
In that case, the 2nd data 08 of
CM30 Y=30, 31 cannot be specified
for handling of Busy/Not Available
Automated Attendant destination.
Y=02 Terminating System in Day Mode
Y=03 Terminating System in Night Mode
Y=40 Terminating System in Mode A
