CM12 Assign Service Restriction Class B to each sta-
tion.
CM15 Allow Privacy Release in Service Restriction
Class B assigned by CM12 Y=02.
CM12 Assign Service Restriction Class C to each sta-
tion.
CM15 Specify the way of Privacy Release.
CM08 When providing the Privacy Release feature
which does not use My line of the third party,
set this data to 0.
