CMD000 Specify whether the text (Message Waiting
control text sending is available) is sent to the
VMS when the AP00 card is reset.
Specify the number of digits for station num-
ber in the message format to communicate
with the VMS.
CMD001 Assign the attribute data, depending on the
port (Port 0-3) connected to the VMS.
