To provide an external indicator for UCD Call Waiting:
START
CM08 Assign the incoming call to queuing mode
when all UCD stations are busy.
CM42 Specify the maximum number of queuing in
each UCD group for controlling external indi-
cator.

Depending on the number of queuing station/trunk, lamp indication pattern on the external
indicator is different as shown below:
