*1 Station No.65 or higher cannot be specified as a target station.
*2 Writing from another station to a safety CPU is not allowed.
*3 For the read/write data length, 961 words or more cannot be specified.
Channel 9 or 10 cannot be specified as a channel used by the own station.
*4 If the request source is a safety CPU, other stations are not accessible.
*5 If the request source is a safety CPU, the RIRD/RIWT instructions cannot be executed; however, other stations where a
CPU other than a safety CPU is used can read data using the RIRD instruction.
*6 Station No.65 or higher cannot be specified as a relay target station.
*7 When the target station is an A2UCPU(S1), A3UCPU, A4UCPU, A2ASCPU(S1), or A2USCPU(S1), use the CPU
module with the following version or later.
• A2UCPU(S1), A3UCPU, A4UCPU: Version AY (manufactured since July, 1995) or later
• A2ASCPU(S1), A2USCPU(S1): Version CP (manufactured since July, 1995) or later

Description
