Stores whether the error frame is received or not in the IN-side of the own
station from power-on to the present.
OFF: Error frame not received

Stores whether the error frame is received or not in the OUT-side of the own
station from power-on to the present.

Stores the station No. setting status of the own station when using the UINI
instruction for station No. setting.

A determined station No. of the own station can be confirmed in Station No.

ON: Failed
