Select the rate at which data is transferred.
0: 19200 (bps)
1: 9600
2: 4800
3: 2400

[M8]
Select the stop bit length used in the start-stop system.
Refer to "#9603 PARITY EFFECTIVE". At the output of data, the number of characters is always adjusted to
for the parity check.

Select whether to add the parity bit to the data.
The parameter is set when using a parity bit separately from the data bit.

1: Add a parity bit at the input/output

Select odd or even when parity is added to the data. This parameter is ignored when no parity is added.
