Description
Specifies hardware-related options that require differentiated
parameter defaults.
This parameter is not affected by a parameter restore.
Value
If you change the value of this bit, you have to do a complete reset to
the drive after the change. After reset you have to reselect the macro
to be used.
See section Differences in the default values between 50 Hz and
60 Hz supply frequency settings
1 = 60 Hz.
When active, an external du/dt filter is connected to the drive/inverter
output. The setting will limit the output switching frequency, and
force the fan of the drive/inverter module to full speed.
0 = du/dt filter inactive.
1 = du/dt filter active.

WARNING! An incorrect setting may cause the motor
to rush uncontrollably, or the brake chopper or resistor
to overload.
Value
1 = Bypass is used.
0 = Inactive, 1 = Active. Only for drive frames R6 or larger.
0 = Inactive, 1 = Active. Only for drive frames R6 or larger.
Hardware options configuration word.
Selects the fan control type. The fan control functionality
enables heat dissipation from the drive and avoids dust
accumulation in the drive.
Controls the fan automatically according to the temperature
changes of the drive.
Fan runs continuously with the maximum speed (50Hz).
Language selection; access levels; macro selection;
parameter save and restore; control unit reboot; user
parameter sets; unit selection.
Selects the language of the parameter interface and other
displayed information when viewed on the control panel.
Notes:
• Not all languages listed below are necessarily supported.
• This parameter does not affect the languages visible in the
Drive composer PC tool. (Those are specified under View
– Settings – Drive default language.)
