Equipment Installation
Install 19-Inch, 2-Post Rack Rail Kit
Step 6
Verify front and rear flanges on each bracket are installed in the correct rack position.
Step 7
Verify the installed brackets on the 19-inch, 2-post rack are spaced 440 mm apart and that brackets are level, as
shown in the following figure.
Note: Confirm the bracket spacing is correct at the front and rear of the rack. Use the bolts on the flanges to
adjust the spacing and tilt of the brackets.

Step 8
Tighten all bolts completely on each bracket.
Note: Each bracket is mounted to the rack using four bolts, two in the front and two in the rear.
Step 9
Tighten the flange nuts on both the left and right brackets, as shown in the following figure.
Note: Do not use excessive force to tighten the nuts.
