Equipment Installation
Install L160 Raman Cabling
Note: E1 and C1 ports of the Raman blade are unidirectional ports. E1 port only receives signal from the
network and C1 port only transmits the signal to the L100 Blade.
Step 1
Connect the fiber-optic cables from the network side to the Edge port (E1) of the Raman blade.
Step 2
Connect the fiber-optic cables from the Client port (C1) of the Raman blade to the Edge port (E1) of the ROB.

Note: L100 Blade Issue 14, FC95453R11-I14, and later blade must be used with L160 Raman blade.
