CLI Configuration Mode

To change CLI Session from operational mode to configuration mode, enter the configure command.
Command:
> configure
When the CLI session is in the configuration mode, the command prompt terminates with the "%" character.
Command Example:
fujitsu@fujitsu%
In configuration mode, all changes to the device configuration are initially done to a copy of the active
configuration called the candidate configuration. These changes do not take effect until a successful commit or
commit confirm command is entered. Commit activates the candidate configuration on the device. Candidate
configurations enable the user to alter the configuration without causing potential damage to the current
network operations.
