Inspecting, mechanical stop pin
Use this procedure to inspect the axis-1 mechanical stop pin.

Turn off all:
electric power supply
hydraulic pressure supply
air pressure supply
to the robot, before entering the robot working
area.
Inspect the axis-1 mechanical stop pin.
If the mechanical stop pin is bent or damaged, it
must be replaced.
Note
The expected life of gearboxes can be reduced
after collision with the mechanical stop.
Make sure the mechanical stop pin can move in
both directions.
