4.5.4.2 Unloading the balancing device using hydraulic press tool

Action
Open the tap to the connected hose. Check
that the other tap is closed.
Note
Only one tap may be open at a time!
Increase the pressure and press until the front
eye of the piston rod is aligned with the hole
in the frame, through which the shaft may be
pulled out or pressed in.
Close the tap to the hose.
Keep the hydraulic cylinder and pump connec-
ted in order to keep the balancing device un-
loaded in correct position!
The hydraulic pump can be used by connect-
ing the second hose of the hydraulic valve to
an other tool.

Note
Make sure the piston rod is properly
unloaded before removing the shaft
from the front eye, otherwise the shaft
may be damaged!
