D-Link Unified Switch CLI Command Reference

This command disables all captive portal SNMP traps when no parameters are specified. The optional parameters specify
individual traps to disable.

authentication timeout
This command configures the authentication timeout. If the captive portal user does not enter valid credentials within this
time limit, the authentication page needs to be served again in order for the client to gain access to the network. The
<timeout> variable is the authentication timeout and is a number in the range of 60-600 seconds.

Operational Status Indicates whether the CP operational status is enabled or disabled.
Disable Reason
If CP is disabled, this field displays the reason, which can be None, Administratively Disabled, No IPv4
Address, or Routing Enabled, but no IPv4 routing interface.
Captive Portal IP
Shows the IP address that the captive portal feature uses.
