Clear information on route dampening and return the suppressed route to the Active state.

clear ip bgp [vrf vrf-name] [ipv4 [multicast | unicast] | ipv6
unicast] [dampening [ipv4-address mask | ipv6–address mask]
Enter the keyword dampening to clear the flap dampening
information.
Enter the keywords flap-statistics to clear the flap
statistics information.
Enter the ipv4 address family to clear.
Enter the ipv6 address family to clear.
Enter the peer-group to clear all members of the peer-group.
