Place the linecard in the offline state in order to run the diagnostics tests.

Usage Information A warning message appears when the offline linecard command is implemented.
Warning - offline of linecard will bring down all the protocols
and
the linecard will be operationally down, except for running
Diagnostics.
The "reload or reset" command is required for normal operation
after the offline command is issued.
Proceed with Offline [confirm yes/no]:
To bring the linecard back to online state, reset the linecard using the reset
linecard slot-id command.
