Refitting cable harness - lower end
The procedure below details how to refit the lower end of the cable harness, Cleanroom.

Action
1.
DANGER!
Turn off all electric power, hydraulic and pneumatic
pressure supplies to the robot!
For Foundry Prime robots: Do not turn off the air
pressure to motors and SMB.
2.
CAUTION!
The cable package is sensitive to mechanical
damage. They must be handled with care,
especially the connectors, in order to avoid
damaging them.
3. Push the cable harness and connectors carefully
down through the cable guide in the center of the
frame.
Make sure that the cables are not twisted with each
other!
4. Reconnect the earth cable.
5. Reconnect the connectors R1.MP and R1.SMB at
base.
6. Refit the rear cover plate with its attachment screws. Shown in the figure
