8 NXDN CONVENTIONAL SYSTEM
8.9 Sending and Receiving a Status Message (Status Call)
• If the transceiver receives Man-down Status:
"MAN DOWN" appears on the main display.
• If the transceiver receives Horn Alert Status:
"HORN ALERT" appears on the main display.
Note
• If the transceiver receives a Status Message by a Group Call, the ID Name appears according to the configuration for Group Call
Display Type. (Refer to
Display When the Transceiver Receives a Group Call (Group Call Display Type) on page
• If the received status number is configured in the Status List, an Alert Tone sounds from the transceiver according to the configuration
of the corresponding Status List. If the received status number is not registered in the Status List, the Alert Tone sounds from the
transceiver according to the configuration for Alert Tone (Status/Short Message Call) which is commonly used.
