 EOT (End of Transmit)
The PTT ID is added to a signal at the end of the transmission.

Configuratio
n
Off
No PTT ID is sent.
When the PTT switch on the transmitting transceiver is pressed, the ID (Own) in the MDC-1200 format is sent as the
BOT
PTT ID.
When the PTT switch on the transmitting transceiver is released, the ID (Own) in the MDC-1200 format is sent as the
EOT
PTT ID.
Both
At both timing of BOT and EOT, the ID (Own) in the MDC-1200 format is sent as the PTT ID.
Emitting the PTT ID Tone (PTT ID Sidetone)
PTT ID Sidetone is the function to emit a sidetone of the ID (Own) from the speaker while the transceiver is sending an ID
(Own) in the MDC-1200 format.
The calling user can notice the timing to start speaking by the PTT ID Sidetone.
If the calling user starts speaking without noticing that the ID (Own) in the MDC-1200 format is still being sent, the
beginning of the transmitted audio may not be emitted from the speaker of the receiving transceiver. To prevent this
problem, this function needs to be used.
