4.5.7 Replacing the parallel arm

Removing the attachment screws in the first area
Remove attachment screws in the first of the three areas of screws. Remove screws
that secure the axis-2 gearbox to the lower arm, as well as the ones that secure
the axis-3 gearbox to the parallel arm.

Unscrew and remove screws, that secure
the axis-2 gearbox to the lower arm, now
possible to reach.
Unscrew and remove screws, that secure
the axis-3 gearbox to the parallel arm, now
possible to reach.
Action
Unscrew the screws of the two brackets
that secure the cable harness inside the
lower arm.
In order to be able to remove the cable
harness later on, it is necessary to unscrew
the two brackets inside the lower arm at
this stage. It will be very difficult to reach
the bracket screws after the position of the
robot is changed.

The screws are reached from the outside.
