Action
Apply flange sealant on the motor flange.
Attach two guide pins in opposite holes.
Action
CAUTION
Whenever parting/mating motor pinion and
hub, the splines may be damaged if excess-
ive force is used!
Attach the rotation tool and use it to rotate
the pinion when mating it into the gear.
To release the brakes, connect the 24 VDC
power supply.
Connect to connector R2.MP5:
• pin 2 = 24V
• pin 5 = 0V
CAUTION
The motor weighs 27 kg.
All lifting accessories used must be sized
accordingly!
Attach the lifting accessory and lift the
motor up.
